Can we use our own spot check form?
Yes. Set up the sections and questions from the form you already use, then fill it in on a phone during the visit. Each question has a Yes, No or Not applicable answer and a notes box, and completed checks can be saved as a PDF.
Do our staff need to download an app or pay for anything?
There is nothing for staff to pay. Today the staff app opens in the browser on any phone, and it is included in your plan for every member of staff. Apps for iPhone and Android are on the way.
Can we bring in the training spreadsheet we already have?
Yes. Save it as a CSV file from Excel or Google Sheets and upload it. We match your columns, check every row and show you anything that needs fixing first.
Who can see a staff member’s certificates?
The staff member and the managers at their own agency. Nobody else, including other agencies using Checked and Ready.
We work in more than one nation. Does that work?
Each account follows one set of rules today. If you run services in more than one nation, talk to us and we will set it up with you.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is lost. Choose a plan to carry on, or export all of your records as a spreadsheet and leave.
